Return requests are generally processed within 2-3 business days of reaching our facility.

1) 15 Day Money Back Guarantee
Any unused item purchased directly from Extraice SL can be returned for a full refund (shipping and taxes not included) for up to 15 days after the date of purchase.
2) Defective Merchandise
Extraice SL is committed to customer satisfaction with our products.
Any defective merchandise, be it due to manufacturing or shipping errors, will be promptly replaced.
3) Used Products
Used products may be returned for a 50% return on the purchase price (excluding shipping and taxes)up to 60 days from the time of purchase.
You may use your own carrier.Xtraice is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. We do not refund charges for return shipping.
