Return Policy


Xtraice Inc will employ every resource at its disposal to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without difficulty.

Return requests are generally processed within 2-3 business days of reaching our facility.

Please refer to the following 3 types of returns:

1) 15 Day Money Back Guarantee

Any unused item purchased directly from Xtraice Inc can be returned for a full refund (shipping and taxes not included) for up to 15 days after the date of purchase.

2) Defective Merchandise

Xtraice is committed to customer satisfaction with our products.

Any defective merchandise, be it due to manufacturing or shipping errors, will be promptly replaced.

3) Used Products

Used products may be returned for a 50% return on the purchase price (excluding shipping and taxes)up to 60 days from the time of purchase.

You may use your own carrier or simply Print an Xtraice Shipping Label, for which XX will be deducted from the amount of your refund.  If you use your own carrier, we suggest UPS or USPS insured parcels.  Xtraice is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.  We do not refund charges for return shipping.
